今回は飲み物を屋外で販売して、利益を得ようというビジネスモデルについて調査してみました。
しかも今回は実践編です。
実際に売ってみました。

最近、個人でできる小商いで、どういうものがあるかをずっと考えています。
そして昨日は、屋外で何か売るという方法について考えていました。

やり方はいろいろあります。
移動販売車で売る、屋台で売る、売り子スタイルで売るなどです。
売る場所もいろいろです。
ショッピングモールなどで許可を得て売る、自宅の敷地内で売る、公園や路上で無許可で売るなどです。
そしてもちろん、売るものもいろいろあります。言うまでもなく。

私は考えているうちに、とりあえず何でもよいので何か売って、買ってもらう体験がしたい！との思いが強くなってしまい、すぐにでも警察に怒られなさそうなところで何か売ってみることにしました。
最初は、釣り場でエサを売るというアイデアがあったのですが、ちょっとエサを仕入れるタイミングを逃してしまい、やめました。
そして次に考えたのが、飲み物の販売です。
折しも、次の日は30度を超える暑さだとの予報になっており、日曜でした。
場所を選んで飲み物を売れば売れるかもしれないと思いました。

まずは法律的に売って大丈夫なのか調べました。
大丈夫でした。
飲み物をコップに注いで売る、というようなことをしなければ、許可は不要です。
あとは売る場所ですが、家の前は恥ずかしいのでパスです。
ある程度売れそうで、誰にも怒られない場所を考えました。
そして砂浜と釣場の中間にある荒れた無料駐車スペースで売ることにしました。
近くには自動販売機もコンビニもなく、飲み物に困るロケーションなのです。

次の日朝8時に買い出しに出かけ、クーラーボックス（25L）と飲み物、氷を買いました。
飲み物はペットボトルのお茶、ジュースと、缶コーヒーを合わせて25本ぐらい買いました。
そして自宅に戻ってただの机とイスも車に積み、急いで「缶100円」などの紙をつくってプリントしました。
とにかく急ごしらえで全てを整え、3歳の息子を連れて出発しました。
妻は私の言っていることが理解できない様子で、家に残りました。

出発前にクーラーボックスに氷と水を入れましたが、もう少し氷がほしかったので買い足しました。氷は全部で400円分買いました。

そして海につきました。
こうなりました。
 

売り手側がすべての努力を放棄するとこうなる、という感じです。
そして販売がスタートしたわけですが、人が前を通ると恥ずかしくて、私はずっと3歳の息子と会話していました。
そして全然売れません。
すぐに売り場を引っ込めたい気持ちになりましたが、2時間経ったら諦めようと決めて、それまでは頑張ることにしました。
そして40分ほど経った頃に、、、

売れました！

20代後半くらいのおにいちゃんが、
「すみません、飲み物売ってもらえますか？」
と近づいてきました。
3人連れだったらしく、遅れて2人のおにいちゃんも現れました。
ペットボトルのお茶を2本、缶コーヒーを1本買ってくれました。
売上400円です。
ちなみにお茶は70円ぐらいで仕入れて150円で、缶コーヒーは60円ぐらいで仕入れて100円で売りました。

結局そのまま2時間が経過し、買ってくれたのはその3人組だけでした。
むろん大赤字ですが、自力で販売し、買ってもらえるという体験をすることができ、目的は果たされました。
たった1つの売上で、自信をつけてしまいました。

そんなこんなで家に帰ってきたわけですが、改めて飲み物の販売について考えてみようと思います。
まず月に30万円稼ごうとしたら、何のひねりもなく打った場合、1時間に15本のペースで飲み物を売り、毎日休まず10時間売らなければなりません。
雨の日もありますし、冬もきます。
本職にするのはつらいでしょう。

ただ会社勤めの人が、休みの日にたまにやってみる、という感じであれば良いのではないでしょうか。
ロケーションを吟味し、売り場の見てくれを良くすれば、もう少しまともな売上があるでしょう。
飲み物は売れ残っても保存がききます。
かかるコストはガソリン代と氷代のみです。
氷は自製できますし、保冷剤を使うのも良いでしょう。
半分趣味、半分小遣い稼ぎ、みたいな感じでやってみても良さそうです。

I thought that if you select a place and sell drinks, it might sell.

At first we investigated whether it was all right to sell legally.
It was okay.
You do not need permission unless you do something such as pouring a drink into a glass for sale.
The rest is the place to sell, but it is a pass because it is embarrassing before the house.
I thought about a place that seemed to sell to some extent and that no one could get angry.
And I decided to sell it in the rough free parking space between the sandy beach and the fishing area.
There are neither a vending machine nor a convenience store nearby, and it is a location that is troubled with drinks.

The next day I went out to buy at 8:00 am and bought a cooler box (25 L), drinks and ice.
I bought about 25 bottles of tea, juice and canned coffee in a bottle.
Then, I returned to my home, loaded a simple desk and chair on the car, and quickly made a piece of paper, such as "Can 100 yen," and printed it.
Anyway, I made everything quickly and took off my 3-year-old son.
My wife remained at home in a state that I could not understand what I was saying.

I have gained confidence with just one sale.

That's why I came home, but I would like to think about the sale of drinks again.
First of all, if you want to earn 300,000 yen a month, if you hit without a twist, you have to sell drinks at a pace of 15 bottles an hour and sell for 10 hours every day without rest.
There are rainy days, and winter comes.
It will be hard to be professional.

It would be fine if people in the company's office would try to do it occasionally on vacation days.
If you examine the location and improve the sales department, you will find a little more decent sales.
Drinks can be stored even if they are not sold.
The cost is only gasoline and ice.
You can make ice yourself or use a cold storage agent.
It would be good to try half hobbies, half pocket money earning, and so on.
